Responsibilities:

1. Preparing position SOPs, inspection records and inspection reports, declaring and sorting out relevant information, and ensuring the accuracy, integrity and traceability of relevant data;

2. Inspecting various items such as materials and products, process water, retention samples, trial samples from the trial production lab, and samples from the verification or confirmation team;

3. Carrying out sample inspections in strict accordance with inspection procedures and the SOP.Reporting problems found in the inspection process in a timely manner, and tracking, verifyingand keeping records of the correction and prevention of them;

4. Using and maintaining various instruments and equipment in the laboratory in strict accordance with the operating procedures to ensure the normal operation of experimental instruments, keeping registration records of their use, and verifying or calibrating the used instruments or precision measuring tools as required;

5.Participating in various investigation and analysis activities related to product quality deviation and the implementation of CAPA , and providing handling suggestions;

6. Managing trial samples and retention samples;

7. Conducting regular self-inspections of the laboratory, and cooperating with external auditions and rectification;

8. Completing other tasks assigned by the superiors.
